Minivan to NamPhaPaYai camp

Minivan to the NamPhaPaYai camp have been moved to Mo Chit Bus Station since this month. THERE IS NO MINIVAN GOING FROM VICTORY MONUMENT  TO KAENG KHOI (CAMP'S TOWN) ANY MORE!!!

The nest way to go Kaeng Khoi by public transport is going by minivan, departing from Mo Chit bus station every hour. But when you arrive Kaeng Khoi, you may still need to take a taxi to the camp, which cost you 400 THB for a ride (no matter how many people) .



A good news for the guys who is finding the minivan at victory monument is, you can find a free shuttle goes directly from victory monument to Mo Chit bus station here

If you arrive Mo Chit by BTS, it's a little hard to go from the Mo Chit BTS station to Mo Chit bus station. The traffic in this area is terrible.  Queen Sirikit Park , Chatuchak Park and some others green land land between BTS and bus station, hence the bus need to make a big U between BTS and bus station.

The fastest way may be go by taxi, but bargain (they hay start from 400 THB, which is quite expensive) with the driver and make sure they know where are you going may take you some time. Or taking the free (even not, it cost only 11 THB) shuttle bus may be a good choice, there's a shuttle bus stop just go across the small drive lane in front of  Exit 2 ( the exit locate at the other side of the park, at the side of a big parking lot)

When you arrive the Mo Chit bus station, you are in the local bus part of the station. You'll need to walk through the tin roofed market to the intercity bus area. The van to Keang Khoi located at the very end in that area. It cost 80 THB/person for the ride.

For return, I took a local bus 138 from bus station back to BTS station, here's the local bus information you'll need to go across the market from the intercity bus station to the local bus station. It's easier to go back to the BTS station, locals know the word BTS.
