研究了一番發現可以從高鐵網站下載夠票證明!

通勤地獄
5/15進公司到今天，算是有點小後悔沒去由 田。主要原因是因為他離家真的很近，pay又多了4k這樣一來一往(到龜山單程大約40min，再從停車場走道公司加10min)把這時間拿去由 田加班不知道夠不夠? 不去由 田的理由就是他是責任制...不過當時他也很有把握地說業界都是這樣搞，他們算是早下班的。這算是哪們子的潛規則，明明違法的事情說的這麼理直氣壯。就像最近流行的洪案，在部隊裡有句話"不打勤，不打懶，專打不長眼"我想它也許就是因為太"白目"才會被整，要不是他出事，搞不好同僚們還看笑話說風涼話呢@@~
不過當初因為由田給的offer似乎是比較弱的應用工程師，而不是演算法工程師，所以覺得去了會陷入不斷寫GUI的情況(不過也許寫GUI就是所謂從"基本"做起吧)很可惜在宏 瀨那邊沒有練到，就選了現在這個工作。果不其然，研發的根本就是看無盡的data sheet外加嚇死人的不確定性。

i have thought they have given up until i get their call last afternoon, for making sure i want to go so they can ask their boss to verify my salary. "what's u're ideal pay?","maybe 45k", yeah, the interview of 凌 巨did teach me something, we can't know how much do we worth easily until making ourselves on the market. anyway good news!

it's in 八德，seems far, but not so far, just 20 minutes drive from home
we have the interview at 9, such early
there's guardroom where i need to exchange the ID, the reception desk is hold by two young lady (the reception desk is used to hold by men) the company is in the 華 映's manufacturing park, which is too big to find 凌 巨inside (i luckily glimpsed a map near the guardroom so i can found the company). the parking area(says supplier only) is 5 min walk from the main building.it didn't smell good when walking in the park ><~
i need to take off my shoes when entering the lobby, the lobby wasn't luxurious but the girl at the reception desk is friendly and pretty, she led me to a meeting room and called the hr here. i waiting in the meeting room for about 10 minutes. i forgot to bring by book inside, it a boring wait....the hr came, she it pretty, too (XD so it's a good day), and she comes alone, i used to meet some adviser in the interview so we can talk about the job, but with a hr, i can just talk about pay... yeah, she have briefly introduced the company, the history (it's a subsidiary of 華 映now), and ask if i have any question
the interview was very short, just took 30 minute. but their paid is good, 45k is no problem, include free dormitory ,free shuttle bus to Taipei, 50NT subsidy each lunch
oh! this interview is just phase 1, hr will assign the suit job by my specialty, and arrange for the phase 2 meeting with my future adviser. it will take 2 week...(there's nothing about the brief i prepared last night... i should not stay until 2 for it)

prepare the interview of 凌 巨
it's not a subsidiary of 華 映, they just bought a factory from HuaIn, 凌 陽 hold a lot of share of it. I finally recived an interview inviting letter this morning, they sent it after 6pm yesturday@@... very late, they should had sent it two days before. thier should be lots of candidate. they ask for a resume, transcript and a report of TFT... wow! it takes my whole day but still haven't finished, but it did expand my view

interview of 由 田
i went the interview of 由 田 in chunha, 10 min ride from my home
different from 和 椿 that i had interview last Fri, the decoration is nice, wooden floor, a real lobby(the 和 has no lobby, when we go interview, we have to wait outside for a long time) although it's not the most important thing, but it did bias my opinion of that company.
the hr answer the call(actually there's no one stay at the lobby, u should use the phone at the door to call th ext.), took me into a room which is well decorated too, it looks like a meeting room, has a capacity about 50 people and a project screen. There was another person, doing some paper work. the hr make me to have a seat, and gave me an exam. The exam have three parts, logic, programing, English(reading and writing). The logic part took some time, but not so difficult. The programming part is most difficult for me, i was asked to write some eazy and short program in C++ and answer some definition quesion of some thing like different between *(pointer) and &(reference), inline function, overload, i know some, but not very sure, worst of all, i haven't really write C++ program, it's hard for me to write the program on paper without reference ( finally i just get 51, if my glimpse is right ) the English reading is eazy, but i had no confidence in the writing test of writing a mail to asking for some help to the supplier's engineer.
when i was writting, the other man finished his test, hr collected it and read. Minuts later, hr came back and told him that he didn't do well on the programing test, he not going to take the following interview... this make me nervous
i was passed! actually, i'm not sure about it, hr didn't told me the grade, but he gave me some document to sign(i've almost forgot the content, but there somthing the overtime pay, and it says RD have no overtime pay...) and it's usual for them to work until 7 or 8 pm (the "normal off time is 5:30"..), the hr keep emphesize that was common in their industry...(i believe it, but i don't want to take it)
then i have interviewed by an engineer, then his boss(it's quite intresting that the boss refuse to tell who he is), they asked me some basic quesion of image processing, like how to detect moving objects, how to detect defect, it's not too difficult, and ask somthing about my thesis ( but actually i didn't remember much). when they ask if i have any quesion, i think i didn't prepare well about this, i don't konw what do i want to know, i didn't ask the pay, the welfare, i did ask about the job, but it's hard to ask deep quesion. the interview end by the introduction of the whole company and the advertisement of their new business unit, but the AOI still earn 90% profit (oh, they said they've got alot order and is going to earn more this year)!

what should i do now?
as a firing (dying) man, what should i do during my office time?
it's intresting, just like what should a dying man do during his living time. The worse thing is i'm just a rookie now, i can do nothing than studying. but i still want to learn somthing from my first job, but it seems to be not possible.
or, should i just going on facebook, writing the blogger for months (it should be 3 month left), what is meanful? the section manager told us to pretent that we no nothing about leaving before everything is clear (before we are sure to be fired) but few days before, we signed the agreement if leaving (because we are研發替代役, it's not so eazy for us to leave) i'm not able to pretent nothing happened anymore.
manbe i should read some good books, maybe i should try to understand the code i got, maybe i should try my best to take some interviews (hope i can get some experience from them). leaving is a common end, but it comes too fast ( it usually comes too fast)

find a job
today i went two interview, actually is one
i went 和 椿 which is found by my collage
it's at 桃園 蘆竹, under the Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation
it's a company produce kinds manufactoring mechine
although it's in suburban area, there's no parking area in the company and no lobby
when i was there i find the parking place outside myself, take a small walk there, ring the bell folloeing the small instruction attacched near the bell, waiting for minuts. it's very different from my imagination, it seems that they're not care about it
i was there a little early(it could be earlier if i haven't take the road 65, which jam badly at the connection of highway 1), someone lead me to a seat (someother's seat, not some private roomXD), without any self introduction... hey, do every engineer not introduce themself when they met other people first time? the office their is different from 宏 賴, they works in block, the desk is not separated, it seems they will distribute others when working, i've heard that japanese company always work like this
the minister isn't there, the vice-minister of development department as well as the minister of costermer service interview me, he don't see people in their eye, just reading my document. we have the interview in a room, not a meeting room but it seems a room for their leader, and we just take a seat at a table in a room. i've forgetten what his question is, just remember one of his children study chemistry in Tsinghua university, but he didn't tell a lot about him, maybe they are not in a good relationship XD~. Some minuts later, a younger person joined us, he's an engineer, about 33 years old, graduated from 中山 university, he started his work here since he graduated from graduate school (國防役), here seems to be good for him, he has joined a lot of project and keep coding.

炒魷魚
上禮拜處長把我們三個研替的叫進去會議室
跟我們說"你們也知道公司最近的財務問題吧?"
沒錯，的確有耳聞，秘書2月底被裁掉了，聽說很多部門都裁了很多人(不過也許因為我們部門還有在幫公司賺錢，或是目前有很多計畫在run，突然停下來要付很多違約金，要先把計畫都終結掉，總之我們部門我們幾個研替的應該是第一梯被裁)
不過處長說是週轉問題，似乎在蓋的廠貸款的資金不知道要從哪裡生出來吧?總之現階段是需要錢就對了
我們三個好像也沒有選擇的餘地，只能乖乖接受等待釋出被核准，再有兩個月時間找工作(不過有點可惜，沒能在公司多學到一點東西就要走路了)
雖然在跟處長談的時候很冷靜，但是有時候不滿的情緒還是會油然而生，雖然理性上覺得既然公司都在虧損了，這地方似乎也沒啥好留念的，但吃虧與不甘心的情緒好像不會因此就完全被壓制住(不過多多少少有點壓制效果)
在得知消息後就開始到處找人talk(不過不知道這是不是對的，隔壁課課長說，做一天和尚撞一天鐘，這種想法也許才是對我們最好的，畢竟我們還是得出現在這裡，也不是說知道會被釋出就可以拍拍屁股走人的，當和尚就是要撞鐘才能得到神明的保佑吧XD)搞得現在自己覺得公司的其他同事都知道我們要走人了，應該也不大會給我們事情做吧，光想到要在這邊空耗三個月就覺得有點哀傷(但往另一個方面想是支薪沒事幹的爽缺，除了有浪費生命的大帽子以外，可以做自己想做的事情又暫時衣食無虞不是蠻好@@?)
關於未來的出路，因為研替這個製毒時在風險太大，憑著短短幾個小時(也許是幾分鐘)的判斷賭上之後三年(這次如果被釋出是剩兩年半)的時光，偏偏年少菜鳥如我實在是很難有很好的理由相信自己可以做出如此正確有眼光的判斷。
