Thunderbird 雷鳥 發 中華電信 hinet 電子郵件 email

if you can't send an email by hinet /msa severver by Thunderbird, try this out.
公司信箱用hinet服務
大部分人使用outlook，但因為覺得有免費何必用盜版的心態用了雷鳥
但是經常遭遇到信寄不出去的問題

經常卡在連接到伺服器的路上

在雷鳥討論版上發現有人在討論這件事情
結論是因為中華電信採用線路認證，所以要取消認證機制

Tools>Account Settings>Outgoing Server(SMTP)(在左邊)
選擇hinet的帳號(choose the hinet account)>Edit
Connection security: 選 None
Authentication method: 選 No authentication

click OK

有人說Port要改為25，但我維持587就Ok
