在cmd中使用python及pip

需要在環境變數(environment variables)>Path中加入python路徑
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python35
用pip3則需加入
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python35\Scripts
